Vielleicht wäre es nützlich die Regeln auch in Englisch zu verfassen, da doch hin und wieder Spieler joinen, die der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig sind 
Zudem gilt ja offiziell Deutsch und Englisch als erlaubt. Nachstehend in Englisch .... Kann ja mal nen Profi drüberschauen ob Alles übersetzt wurde und ob es soweit verständlich ist.
Rules
The following rules apply on the server.
Punishment is based on a points system.
The instructions of the admins must always be followed.
Voice/Chat
§1 Spamming via voice, chat or team radio = 10 points
§2 Respectful behaviour: Insults as well as provocative behaviour and advertising are prohibited and will be punished with 20 to 100 points depending on the severity.
§3 Political topics are not welcome on the server. = 5 points
§4 In the case of a ‘last man standing’, the dead are bound to secrecy. = 10 points
Point system according to penalties in the game
§5 Intentional smoking in the Terror House and team flashing = 5 points
§6 Not following requests from admins = 10 points
§7 Cheater/hacker, Nazi spray, bhop with script = 100 points
§8 In AFK, the player must sit in the spec area. (chat input: !afk) Perma AFK without being in spec = 10 points
§9 B-Hopping is completely forbidden. It will be pointed out at least twice that this is forbidden here. In case of offence, the player will receive a kick. If this happens again, the player will be banned. = from 10 points
§10 Regular permanent camping is prohibited. This applies in particular to roof camping on the ‘Italy’ map. = 5 points
§11 The flow of the game must be maintained by each side depending on the map (T-Map, CT-Map). For example, rescuing hostages or planting a bomb = 10 points
§12 The barrels are not to be used as barricades. In particular, the paths to the flat must not be blocked with the barrels, and the barrels must not be blown up/shot at the start of the round = 5 points
§13 Complaints and/or discussions about a kick or a ban are not carried out on the server, but must be done with the responsible admin. Either via Steam or Teamspeak. = 5 points
§14 If the ratio is +10, the following rules apply (=5 points):
T-side:
Roof camping prohibited.
Staying in or in front of the T-house is prohibited.
A situation-related retreat (e.g. ‘last man standing’) is permitted.
CT side:
Camping at the spawn and/or in front of the market, as well as Farside Niche is not permitted.
In the event of a repeat rule exceedance, the penalty will be increased.
Any player who has a VAC ban for up to 365 days is not welcome on our servers and will be banned immediately.
If the 365 days have expired, the player can contact an admin or the forum so that the ban can be removed.
Banned players must submit an unban request in the forum (bierwiese.community) or in the TS (ts.css-bierwiese.de)
with the responsible admin and clarify this. At least 2 admins must be present during a TS discussion.
Each admin edits their own ban. There is no involvement in other bans unless this is requested by the responsible admin.
Exceptions to this are the admin management and all head admins.
A ban may not be issued for personal reasons.
In the event of offences or admin abuse, this must be reported to the admin management. T
his is the next point of contact for all players. If there is no solution, a head admin can be called in.
Calls are only allowed as long as the death spec is present. After that, you are not allowed to reveal the number or position of players any longer.
All admins and players must adhere to the rules.
